Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the NutriKonsul website and the registration process for online nutrition consultations coordinated through it. By using the site or submitting a registration form, you agree to the terms below.

Scope of the service

NutriKonsul operates this website and coordinates online nutrition consultations with registered dietitians. The service consists of registration handling, scheduling, intake processing, and connection with a dietitian. Consultations are provided by independent dietitians; NutriKonsul is responsible for the coordination process, not for the professional judgment exercised by the dietitian within a session.

In practice this means we answer your registration, match you with a dietitian whose working hours fit your household, confirm the session time, and pass your intake answers through before the session begins. What we do not take part in is the content of the guidance itself — the dietitian decides what to recommend, and you decide what to do with it at home.

If a question is about scheduling, payment, or a change to your registration, it comes to us. If it is about the guidance you received, it goes to the dietitian who worked with you.

Registration and accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate contact details and intake answers when registering. Accurate information affects the quality of the plan you receive and the dietitian's ability to prepare. If details change before your session, inform the coordinator so your record can be updated. Registrations submitted with false contact details may be cancelled without notice.

  • Contact details

A working email address and phone number, so the coordinator can confirm a session time and reach you if it has to move.

  • Household and eating context

How many people you cook for, what a normal week of meals looks like, and which foods your household already eats.

  • What you want the sessions to change

The goals you are working toward, in your own words. Vague answers here make the first session slower for everyone.

You are responsible for the information you submit, and for telling us when it is out of date. If someone registers on behalf of another adult in the household, they confirm that they have that person's agreement to share the details.

Sessions, scheduling, and payment

How a session is confirmed

Session times are agreed with the coordinator after registration. Payment is made by bank transfer before the confirmed session unless the coordinator agrees otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling and cancellation are handled as described on the contact and FAQ pages. Session fees and formats are confirmed individually at the time of scheduling; this site does not display prices, and none of its content constitutes a binding offer until confirmed by the coordinator.

What we confirm in writing

  • The date and time of your session
  • The format — video call or a written review of your plan
  • The fee for that session
  • The bank transfer details

Nothing is charged before that confirmation reaches you.

Scope of nutrition guidance

Consultations provide nutrition education and meal planning guidance. They do not constitute medical care, and dietitians will refer you to your own health provider for matters outside nutrition guidance.

The written plans you receive are suggestions for your household, not instructions to be followed without judgment. If a suggestion conflicts with advice you have received from a qualified professional, follow that professional's advice and tell your dietitian.

Intellectual property

Content on this site, including guides and page text, is provided for personal reading and use. The written meal plans you receive from your dietitian are for your household. Republishing site content or redistributing plans commercially requires written permission.

You retain ownership of the information you submit in the intake process; the license you grant us is limited to using it to deliver the consultation service. That license ends when the record is no longer needed for coordination, subject to any retention we are required to keep.

If you want to share a plan with a family member you cook for, that is normal household use and needs no permission. Copying a plan into a paid class, a publication, or a client-facing service does.

Limitation of liability

The boundary is simple: we answer for how the consultation is arranged, not for what happens in your kitchen after it.

NutriKonsul is responsible for coordinating the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on choices made outside the consultation, such as what you eat, how a plan is implemented at home, or decisions by third parties. Our liability for any claim relating to the coordination service is limited to the amount paid for the affected session.

What we cover
Receiving your registration, confirming a time, passing your intake on, and connecting you with the dietitian.
What sits outside
Your own food choices, how a written plan is followed at home, and the dietitian's professional judgment inside a session.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The current version applies from the date it is posted on this page. Material changes affecting registrants will be described in the updated text. If you do not agree with a revised version, you may stop using the site and contact the coordinator about any session already scheduled.
